Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A.
will expand its production of polyvinyl chloride resin
at its facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA.
The appropriate permit application documents
were filed with the LADEQ this past Friday.
The production expansion will increase
annual production capacity by 300 million pounds
and is expected to start up in 2020.
Investment cost information and
other technical/operational details are not available
for release at this time.
