today reported record net income

for the second quarter of 2015 of $205.1 million,

or$1.54 per diluted share, on net sales of $1,185.0 million.

For the six months ended June 30, 2015,

net income was $351.4 million,

or $2.64 per diluted share,

on net sales of $2,288.5 million.

This represents an increase in net income of $23.9 million,

or $0.20 per diluted share,

from the six months ended June 30, 2014

net income of $327.5 million,

or $2.44 per diluted share,

on net sales of $2,026.3 million.
