ABOUT BROMINE FLAME RETARDANTS
Bromine flame retardants are widely used as additives
in manufacturing parts and materials for such products as
electrical products, construction materials, and synthetic fibers.
Along with the greater restrictions arising from
the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs),
the trend in bromine flame retardants is moving increasingly
toward polymer-based bromine flame retardants.
