Bangkok Polyester Public Company Limited
was established in February 22,1994
with initial registered capital of baht 1,000,000.
Two years later, the registered capital
was increased to bath 1,235,625,000.
The status of the Company was changed to
become Public Limited Company in July 2000.
Currently, the Company
has a registered capital of baht 200,123,560 divided into
20,012,356 common shares at a par value of baht 10 per share.
It is all paid for.
The Company began its operatoin and first produced PET resin
from modern machines and lataest technology from
Zimmer A.G of Germany at the capacity of 300 metric tons per day.
The factory is situated in Nikom Patana District, Rayong province,
around 150 kilometers from Bangkok.
We emphasize on quality control to attain
as international quality standard, acceptedby customers
both domestic and overseas.

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (“IVL”)
would like to inform that
its subsidiary Indorama Petrochem Limited, Thailand
has signed a definitive share purchase agreement with
Bangkok Cable Company, Limited,
a major shareholder,
to acquire 94.91 percent equity stake in
Bangkok Polyester Public Company Limited (“BPC”), Thailand.
BPC is a producer of PET polymers in Rayong, Thailand,
with an annual capacity of 105,000 tons.
