acquires 51% of the shares in the
independent petrochemical institute Norner Holding AS
from the current Norwegian owners.
SCG Chemicals has entered into an agreement
with the current owners,
the private equity fund E&M and
Norner employee shareholders,
for this acquisition.
The remaining 49% of the shares
will be acquired by September 2015.
