The Netherlands entities
The indirect subsidiaries,
Indorama Polymers Rotterdam B.V. (“IRPR”) and
Indorama Holdings Rotterdam B.V. (“IRHR”)
are restructuring their business activity in The Netherlands
so as to move the entire operations of both companies into
one single new entity -
Indorama Ventures Europe B.V. (“IVE”).
This restructuring is effective from
the first day of October 2014.
The details of the new entity are as follows:
Name: Indorama Ventures Europe B.V.
Registered Country: Netherlands
Nature of Business: Manufacturing of
PTA and PET Resin
Registered Capital: EURO 100
Percentage of Investment: 100% held by
Indorama Netherlands B.V.,
an indirect subsidiary of IVL
U.S. entities
The indirect subsidiary,
Indorama Ventures USA Inc.,
which holds the manufacturing entities of
* Auriga Polymers Inc., USA and
is now being held through a newly formed subsidiary of
Indorama’s flagship holding entity for USA i.e.
Indorama Ventures Holdings LP.
This US Flagship company already owns
various operating companies for three Business segments i.e.
* PET Business (“AlphaPet, Inc.”),
* Fibers business (“FiberVisions Corp”) and
* Glycol Business
(“Indorama Ventures (Oxide & Glycols) LLC”).
The new sub holding company was formed in USA
for the purpose named as
‘Indorama Ventures Polyholding LLC’
on the first day of October 2014.
The details of the new entity are as follows:

Nature of Business: Manufacturing of PET Resin
Registered Capital: USD 25,000
Percentage of Investment: 100% held by
Indorama Ventures USA Holdings LP.,
