serving customers globally and operates
four EPDM production plants at
Geismar, Louisiana marketing its EPDM under
the Royalene® and Trilene® trade names.
Trilene® is a novel liquid EPDM product
which Omya Subsidiaries will actively market to
the coatings industry.
DETAILS
Lion Copolymer Geismar, LLC (“Lion Copolymer”)
announced a new distribution agreement
with the following subsidiaries of Omya, Inc (“Omya”):
(“Omya Subsidiaries”),
effective as of September 1st, 2014.
Omya Subsidiaries will become national distributors
representing Lion Copolymer’s products in
the United States and Canada.
