wishes to announce that
its wholly-owned subsidiary,
PETRONAS Chemicals Marketing Sdn Bhd,
has incorporated a subsidiary,
PCM (Thailand) Company Limited (“PCMT”)
in Thailand on 13 March 2014
under the Thailand Civil and Commercial Code.
The Certificate of Incorporation of the Company
dated 13th March 2014 was received
on 14th March 2014.
The registered capital of PCMT is fixed in
the amount of Baht 300 million and
the principal activities of PCMT are
sourcing and marketing of petrochemical products.
