MegaChem Limited,
A one-stop specialty chemical solution providers
based in Singapore,
has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with
Chori Co., Ltd.,
A japanese trading company handling textiles,
chemical and machinery and a listed company
on 1st section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange,
for the mutual expansion of both parties' chemical business
through the tapping of respective
marketing expertise and network.
Chori acquired 29.99 % shares from
MegaChem's existing shareholder.
MegaChem's agreement with Chori wil focus mainly on
Chori's chemical products segment,
catering to increase demand for chemicals in Asia.

supply sources and widen its product range.
