IMCD Group
has successfully acquired 100 % of the shares of
Chemimpo South Africa (Pty) Ltd.
through its subsidiary IMCD South Africa
Integration of the two companies will take place
through the course of 2013 and
will establish IMCD South Africa as
the leading specialty chemical company
in Sub-Saharan Africa
with approximatley 90 employees.
Chemimpo's Managing Director wil head up the
combined operation.
