Perstorp announced that
a new and extended distribution agreement
was signed between
Perstorp and Milano Calori
for the sale of Perstorp's products to
the coating and coating resins market
in Italy and San Marino.

Milano Colori's responsibility
- Taking the role as a distributor of
a coalescing agent in Italian market.
- Assuming responsibility for distributing
Perstorp's range of building blocks for
the coating and resin markets including
* Pentaerythritol
* Trimethylolpropane
* Neopentyl glycol
* Special polyols and
* Caprolactones
Benefit of the collaboration
- The collaboration will complement Perstorp's own
sales forces in supplying small to Mid-size customers
in Italy and San Marino.
