issued announcement on the
termination of anti-dumping duties against the import of
Dimethyl Ketone
originated in
* Japan
* Singapore
* South Korea
* Taiwan

Such anti-dumping measure came into effect
as of June 9, 2008
and will expire on June 9, 2013
If neither natural person, legal person or relevant orgainzation
of or on behalf of domestic industries applies for such review,
nor the Ministry of Commerce initiates the expiry review
before the expiration of these anti-dumping measures,
the aforesaid anti-dumping measures
will expire on June 9, 2013.
