commercial production and sales of
renewable naptha for corporate customers
Renewable naphtha can be used as a feedstock for
producing bioplastics and
as a biocomponent for gasoline

Renewable naptha is produced as part of renewable diesel
refining process at Neste Oil's sites in
- Finland
- The Netherlands and
- Singapore
The mechanical and physical properties of
bioplastics produced from Neste Oil's
renewable naptha are fully compatible with
those of plastics produced from fossil naptha,
and the carbon footprint of these plastics are
smaller than that of conventional fossil-based plastics
Bioplastics products produced from Neste Oil's
renewabel naptha can be recycled with
conventional fossil-based plastic products,
and can be used as a fuel in energy generation
following recycling.

Renewable products from Neste Oil
- In addition to renewable naptha,
Neste Oil's renewable diesel refining process can also
produces renewable propane
- which can be used as
* a traffic fuel or
* for cooking and heating at home.
- Neste Oil recently started a study on the
feasibility of commercializing renewable propane
- Neste Oil also produces commercial volumes of
renewable aviation fuel.
