Indorama Ventures Plc. (IVL)
is pleased to announce the acquisition of
PHP Fibers GmbH and its subsidiaries (PHP).
IVL will hold 80 % of PHP while
Toyobo Co., Ltd. ,
a leading Japanese manufacturer of high function products
including automotive products,
will hold the remaining 20 % of PHP.

branded high-tenacity
polyamide and polyester filament yarns and
* is one of the leading suppliers in Europe for
the automotive safety supply chain.
PHP Group production facilities are located in
USA, Europe and China.
Benefit to IVL :
This acquisition of PHP significantly enhances
IVL's high value added product (HVA) portfolio
with the addition of
high performance automotive and industrial products.
The transaction is expected to be completed
within Q1, 2014
subject to the regulatory approvals.
