Overview
Elevance Renewable Sciences has completed
a one million-pound ( approximately 500 metric tons)
production run of specialty chemicals
made from renewable feedstocks
This is a significant increase from its previous
40,000 pound (appproximately 20 metric tons)
There is an increase demand from customers
for larger volumes of renewable products
in anticipation of bio-refinery start-up
at the end of this year
The one million-pound production campaign
provides Elevance's customers with product to
continue their qualification and development timelines
This production marks a significant increase in the company's scale
conversion of feedstocks into specialty chemicals using
Elevance's proprietary technology
The one-million pound production run was concluded
at toll manufacturing locations in the U.S. as
Elevance finalizes construction at its Indonesia plant
in partnership with Wilmar

2. novel esters
Use and Applications
Procucts from Elevance are used in applications including
1. surfactants for detergents and cleaners
2. personal care products
3. lubricants and additives for lubricants and fuels
